We follow a strict code of conduct. We take pride in our work and always ensure our work is properly supervised and professionally carried out whether that is at our workshop, onsite or at any other location.
You are welcome to visit us at our workshop to meet our team and have a look at your project while we are working on it. Please do make an appointment though, so that we can be sure someone is available to show you around.
We will provide you with a full quote before any work commences. It is the nature of our business that most of our work will require some bespoke elements, so we want to make sure our clients are completely happy with the work we propose to do before we cut the first piece of wood. Our standard terms and conditions will apply to any contract.
